Cancelling ends Connect only. Your licence and your receipts stay.

E-mail address Connect ID (optional) It is in your order confirmation. Without an ID the cancellation applies to every Connect subscription of this address.

Type of cancellation Ordinary, at the earliest possible date At the end of the trial or the current period. A yearly subscription after its first year with one month's notice; we refund full months after that pro rata. Extraordinary, for good cause Takes effect immediately when you send it. We review the reason afterwards.
